Connect a WhatsApp Business phone number through Meta's Cloud API.

Before you connect

You'll need a Meta Business account with WhatsApp Business set up, a phone number registered with the Cloud API, and the WABA ID + Phone Number ID + a Permanent Access Token + your App Secret.

Sending outside the 24-hour window

Meta requires pre-approved templates for any message sent more than 24h after the user's last reply. Many enforces this server-side: plain-text outbound is rejected outside the window. Submit templates in Meta Business Suite → WhatsApp Manager and reference them by name in flow nodes.
